Thanks bro! Wow, I’m touched by your comment. It means a lot to hear that — I’m glad you enjoy my writing style. Yeah, I haven’t posted as much on gaming forums in the past couple years as I did once upon a time… mainly been busy with work, life, the GF and whenever I can, playing my SNES/Switch and working on the site. This is why I miss seeing Steve post on gaming forums. A solid mix of nostalgia, origin story (in this case, WWF fandom), and actual gaming review — putting it up against the entire genre, previous titles, and follow-ups (not to mention contemporary reviews) to give a thorough look at where the game stood then, stands now, and if it can be the best there ever will be.

Hey Dale, thanks for the kind words! Glad my WWF reviews resonated with a part of your past. I’ve been a wrestling fan for 30 years now and I feel no matter what happens in my life I will always remain a fan in some capacity. The Hulkamania years and Monday Night Wars were a special time indeed.

Dude, I just read this and your WWF RAW review and I absolutely loved them. Your fandom is readily apparent in your writing and I had a lot of similar memories as you growing up through the Hulkamania years and Monday Night Wars. These were a blast to read, and I read a few other random reviews from you too and really dig your website. I will definitely keep frequenting! Keep it up!
