I find these games are true time capsules… especially old sports games because rosters change over time. Whenever you play games such as Tecmo Super NBA Basketball, you can always be Glen Rice or Reggie Miller bombing 3 point shots like there’s no tomorrow. These athletes are immortalized in many ways!

Yes the cinematic scenes robbed a bit of the flow but oh my i was always soooo happy than the 3-Pt scene showed up. And trust me it did very often with Glen Rice. He and Reggie Miller were just monsters. I also later picked up the 93-94 Season (it was more the 92-93 Season roster wise) Genesis version but without MJ, Magic, Bird, R. Lewis and Petrovic it was not the same even if players like Shaq and Zo tried to avoid those losses
