Yeah, Guy N. Smith is a riot. As long as you dig that trashy pulp horror stuff, Guy is very fun to read. BTW, I found out recently that the Zuni story from Trilogy of Terror is based off a short story ("Prey") written by Richard Matheson. It is available in his anthology Nightmare At 20,000 Feet. Of course, once I found out, I had to get the book ASAP lol. Looking forward to reading it this Halloween. Glad to hear you're enjoying my horror book reviews and that you feel inspired to maybe hunt down a few for yourself. Happy to spread the word on these long lost tales!

I loved the Zuni story from Trilogy of Terror! Total classic. And I love these horror book reviews. I had never heard of Guy N. Smith before reading about him here. I agree that the cover art of his books is reminiscent of the gruesome VHS covers I saw in the old video stores. They fascinated me as a kid. I just might have to grab some of these books for myself.
