Thank you Dale! Ah, I see you've chosen the slow and steady approach with regards to playing Breath of the Wild. Not a bad idea. Yes, the Lynels are a bitch to defeat. I haven't played the DLC yet. To be honest, I am typically satisfied beating the main quest of any given game. Maybe one day I'll get to the DLC but the way I figure it... there are just too many intriguing games I want to play/beat, and once I beat a game's main quest, I like to move on to the next. But you're right, there are so many secrets in Breath of the Wild that it is, quite frankly, mind-blowing. One could certainly get lost in its vast universe for months and months on end.

BTW, I just published my second Switch review: Super Mario Odyssey. Another absolute gem by Nintendo :)

Great write-up Steve! I have been plugging away at Breath of the Wild since its launch, but have been savoring it and busting it out once every 4-6 weeks because I do not want it to end. I loved the plethora of screens. I could not help but notice things I have yet to discover like taming bears that seems way too daunting. My favorite moment was beating my first Lynel. I have only done it a few times and those things are way too dastardly than the main four bosses themselves.

Have you had a chance to play any of the DLC yet? I did a couple of the gear quests right away because having that Korok seed mask is a godsend to track down them countless seeds and the trials of the Master Sword is a tough, but fair endeavor like Eventide island. I have yet to get the Master Cycle Zero or whatever it is called, but YouTube footage looks awesome of it. So many secrets I have yet to discover and I keep on loving this game every time I throw it in. Glad to see your love for it here too! Thank you so much for this!
