Sup Dale, thanks bro. You’ll have fun with this one whenever you get around to it. Tell me about it, my backlog is insane too. And I haven’t touched said backlog in over a month now… I recently got back into reading! Something I’ve been meaning to do for like 15 years now but I invariably always end up finding other things to distract myself with. That’s partly why I haven’t been updating this site as much lately but I’m hoping to strike a better balance going forward. Anyway, I haven’t tried the polygonal remake on DS. Yeah, it’s kind of a bummer it wasn’t on the SNES Classic as it definitely deserved to be.

Nice deep dive into FF2/4 Steve! This one is in my insane backlog. It is a shame it was not included on the SNES classic along with 3/6, but at least it has been remade/re-released in other collections. Every try out the polygonal remake on DS?

Yup, Final Fantasy III (VI in Japan) was even better (IMHO) than Final Fantasy II (IV in Japan). What a masterpiece.
