It’s definitely one of my “unsung” favorites. It does get a bit repetitive if you play it on for a bit, but it’s one of those games I love firing up for 20-30 minutes every so often. I don’t need to beat the game to be satisfied necessarily… just blasting goblins to Kingdom Come for a bit here and there always does the trick!

I’ve oft been curious about this game and Flashback (given that I personally enjoyed similar titles such as Prince of Persia on the SNES–near perfection in my book–and Out of this World… actually, it’s been awhile since I’ve gone far and played through the latter, but that’s besides the point), but I haven’t really gotten around to getting my own copy of each title–being a collector who’s curious about many titles from the Nintendo 16-bit generation but has an occasional tendency to be a tad indecisive on which title to go for is HARD ( =( ); but reading your review it makes me want to play it, sounds like a good time. =)
